At Fairway Rider, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is new, unused, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
This policy applies only to orders purchased directly from Fairway Rider. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.
Returns for Change of Mind
You may return a product within 30 days of purchase if:

The item is unused and in the same condition as received

It is returned in the original packaging

You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer for change-of-mind returns.
Warranty for Faulty or Defective Items
All G3 Rider golf buggies come with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your item develops a fault within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, excluding any damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modifications.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at enquiries@fairwayrider.co.uk with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item, email us at enquiries@fairwayrider.co.uk

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. If approved for a refund, the original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
