I bought a new Fairway Rider from this Company just under a year ago. I have been delighted with it, easy to use and very powerful will comfortably do 36 holes round my home golf club. I rang Martin (After Sales Director) about 3 months ago to advise him I had a clicking noise coming from the motor. Martin suggested a magnet had come loose and advised me to return it back before it was out of warranty. Today 6th July I returned the machine and was made very welcome by Martin, he was absolutely correct a magnet had come loose and was quickly repaired. He also checked the batteries for me and one which tested as faulty was replaced. If you are thinking of buying a new or used Fairway Rider look no further !! I just felt I should send you an email to thank you for all the help and support you have given me during the purchase of my Fairway Rider. One of the main reasons I had not previously looked at a single seater golf buggy was that I always worried that it would look and act like an adapted mobility scooter which the Fairway Rider definitely does not. I have now owned my Fairway Rider for three months and it has made a tremendous difference to my golf as I find walking the course more difficult since sustaining a serious ankle injury. Even my golf buddies are always asking for a go on my Fairway Rider and admit it is a great way of getting around the course. Finally, as I am the least practical person you could meet, after purchasing some loading ramps and with a quick lesson from Shaun I even manage to load my buggy on and off my car with no problems. I would not hesitate in recommending Fairway Rider as a reliable Company with a great product.

This is just to let you know that I am absolutely delighted with my new Fairway Rider buggy. I have played two rounds at Rye Golf Club and it has coped brilliantly with the course, even today when there had been heavy rain the night before and the ground was still wet

Due to worsening spinal arthritis, I have had to use a buggy for some time. I wanted something that didn’t look like a disabled vehicle, but that did the job. The Fairway Rider G3 is just the best choice for me. For a reasonable outlay, it will pay for itself in about 2 years; ( I play about 2-3 times per week). Friends, and folk I’ve never met before, stop me at my club, to ask me about it. Many of the men call it my Harley Davidson! Aside from the obvious financial benefit, it’s fun and easy to use, and really does allow the user to be part of the chitchat and banter with fellow players. A standard buggy just doesn’t permit that closeness. I am such a fan of this buggy, I could sell them. Then there’s the team. Shaun is a great first port of call. Helpful -not pushy – and enthusiastic. Martin, the technical man , is also kind, non-patronising, and really knowledgeable. Neither are they just about the initial sale. Post sale questions are rapidly sorted and responded to by return. Overall, I can’t recommend the G3 highly enough, and the team who import, construct, sell, and manage an ever growing number of units in the UK. They thoroughly deserve their success.
